IPMS Nationals came to town this year. Luckily I live nearby and was able to attend each day. The better half even asked to go! Lots of really nice work. Got to meet Andy from Andy’s HHQ fame. VFA-103 even sent out some of their JO aircrew to sell their patches. Very cool! (who would have thought to send them!?) The Model Geeks podcast guys thought that the Vics were geniuses for setting up a booth.

Next time I think I’ll enter the category for multiple disciplines. Then maybe I’ll finally win something more than a local event!
